AWA Tournament Schedule

Tournaments are Sanctioned through USA Wrestling. To participate in tournaments or practice, you will need to purchase a USA Wrestling Athlete Card for your wrestler. These are MANDATORY regardless if your athletes intends on competing. 

USA Cards may be purchased at www.usawmembership.com 

Tournaments are broken down into categories based on:

Skill:

Rookies- no years of competition. 1st year wrestlers only

Novice- 1-2 years experience competing

Open- 2+ years competing

Age:

Age groups are 2 year increments. 

Weight:

Weight groups are usually between a 5-8 lbs separation.
